Dr. Beryl Lynn Randolph, MD

After 30 yrs with the same GYN, I found myself with new insurance and the need for an new Dr and due to urgency of issues I was having I settled with Dr Randolph since she could see me quickly. I should have done my homework. Every low rating and comment here is right on point, everything from rude, and unwelcoming staff to Dr. Randolph’s poor bedside manner. On more than one occasion, Dr. Randolph ridiculed not only my questions but my husband’s as well. I came in prepared with questions based on my own research and she’d get defensive and belittle my concerns of symptoms i was having by telling me she’d never heard of anyone with my symptoms. (I willl be sending her all of the online data I found on the subject to hopefully better prepare her for the next patient with similar symptoms.) I can’t imagine that this has been her demeanor her entire career or else she wouldn’t still have a practice. The practice, in general, needs to start with an office manager (doesn’t… appear to be one)to either hire a brand new staff or train the existing. Not a smile, a greeting from anyone in that entire office. Total lack of urgency in responding to patient needs. I finally had to just show up to get a response on insurance paperwork that had been faxed to them several times. At any point you will look around and find 3-4 of the staff on personal cell phone use while patients WAIT to be seen. I will not return nor will I ever recommend anyone to this practice.

This dr. Office is horrible.... though wait forever rhi be called back then wait in the room almost an hour until dr comes in. The women working in the reception area are rude and unprofessional.i will not be returning.

Very unprofessional, very ugly , very rude. Not any dr you would want to refer not even ur worst enemy deserves her care.

This dr is the worst dr ever... she is rude, ask you a question but cut you off when your answering it, does not knock before entering your room after waiting long in lobby and room, the office and rooms furniture is old and mildew looking, her staff are rude, please pay attention to these issues while attending this dr an know that you deserve better.
