Dr. Bethwel Raore, MD

Dr. Raore has operated on me twice now. First was the insertion of two koflex devices (like spacers to keep the vertebra separated) in my lower back and the second a fusion in my neck. At 69 I now am pain free for the first time in years and enjoying retirement. This man is incredible in the work he does and talks you through the entire procedure so that you know exactly what do expect. HIGHLY recommended!

After the accident falling from the attic, with 13 fractures, Dr.Bethwel Raore performed a perfect lumba surgery on my back. He is an excellent surgeon. I am very lucky.

Dr. Raore diagnosed an epidural abscess on my husband that was created by a blood infection. He operated successfully. However the infection destroyed the vertebrae it set on top of. Dr Raore had to perform more surgery 6 weeks later to fuse the vertebrae. My husband is just recovering. Dr. Raore, was excellent in his communication. He brought in a computer into his hospital room prior to the surgery and explained in great detail the issues and what he planned to do. We had a conference call with the entire family several times and Dr. Raore answered every question the entire family had. For the second surgery, we wanted to see him and he came in early prior to other appointments to meet with us and answer all questions. He even came out to visit my husband in rehab after looking at his wound sight the day before and wasn't happy with the way he was healing. His concern was genuine and he was very 'hands' on during this process. I would highly recommend him as a surgeon. His staff has… been very responsive when I have had a question.

Just discovered brain tumor and Dr Raore was recommended by my Oncologist. A very goos choice. Dr Raore was very complete in discribing what I am dealing with and had a genuine sense of urgency to get things moving for removal of the tumor.

In 2014, he performed successful back surgery on me and in 2015 he saved my wife's life with a craniotomy after a stroke. We thank you and wish you well!
