I had an emergency and I was able to get an appointment that day with Dr. Rawls Lloyd. the staff as well as the doctor had empathy for my problem. They made me feel like they cared and treated me well. I am grateful for their service and kindness.

Dr Lloyd was very warm, empathetic, knowledgeable and caring. I felt confident in her diagnosis, skills and abilities. Her staff also saved me money by advising me to purchase swim goggles with corrective lenses on line than purchasing them their optical service. I paid less than 10% of the optical service price. The last eye doctors office that I went wee more than ready to sell goggles to me at their mark up.

First of all, I went to Dr. Lloyd because she caught a medical problem in a friend overlooked by her primary md. It had nothing to do with her eyes. Dr. Lloyd noticed an abnormal lab result. My visit to her was outstanding. I was so impressed, I took the rest of my family.

She wanted me to keep coming back time and time again by saying next time I will give you your contact prescription just to make money off of me and spoke down to me like I was beneath her.
