You have to see the nurse before Dr. every time if you call in to get an appointment with him no see nurse first. Even though I just saw the nurse. Called in ask to see the dr they once again said no you have to see the nurse. I haven’t see the dr in a while. I am very frustrated and will be seeking for a new dr. Don’t seem to address my problems at all just keep scheduling more appts. If you have bloodwork done and they are high for months and your still scheduled four months out to see the doctor that’s not good. For over a year of going every four months you only see the doctor maybe twice.

Over all he is a great doctor, he listens and try to explain, no rush.

I was absolutely appalled and disgusted at how rude and unhelpful the receptionist was over the phone. I wasn't even able to make an appointment, so I rated 5 stars on everything else giving dr Patel the benefit of the doubt. Hire a new receptionist. Unbelievable.
