Dr. Biagio Michael Pacifico, DO

Very unprofessional. "Disappeared' after a complication in the hospital and it took days for him to finally respond. He gives incomplete information when you are actually able to talk to him. When reviewing the medical records from the hospital stay he lied in the chart and wrote that the patient was very satisfied. When another doctor disagrees with what he wanted he takes it very personally. As an aside, his staff at his wound center were knowlegeable and competent. Stay away from this surgeon.

He is an excellent doctor. Great bedside manner. He treated my daughter and we were very happy with results.

He was on call in the ER when I severed a tendon in my index finger. It's only been a week. But so far so good. I'm happy. He got into the OR from home before I could get from the ER to the OR on the fourth floor. He was pleasant, professional. Follow up was prompt.

Made me feel comfortable and relaxed before the procedure. He explained what would be done before the operation and what would be necessary for follow up. He told me what I should do to protect the skin on my nose while it healed. He is clearly knowledgeable in his field.
