Dr. Bikan Singh Octain, MD

I and my family have been Dr. Octain's patients for last 18 years. The Doctor is experienced. But recently, the experience has been very bad. The staff, especially the front desk staff, are very poor, immature and extremely misbehaving. And, you should NEVER expect any reply from Doctor or staff to your call, message, email, voice mail ...anything. Overall, it is not a place where I would like to go anymore.

This doctor always claimed fraud and wrong but never want to correct, they work for their illegal benefits

Dr Octain is by far the best doctor I’ve ever seen he is very patient and he listens. Yes there are days that I had to wait a little longer in the waiting room, but to see a really good doctor for me it’s worth it.

He actually listens to patients concerns and takes his time when talking to you. I felt like he cared and he was not trying to get rid of me. Great doctor, one of the best I have seen.

Going to office for laboratory sample; they made unnecessary make me talk to intern and billed insurance for routine service and office visit (not covered). Kindly stay away.

I had a 12 pm appointment on Saturday, after waiting for 40min, based on the overcrowded waiting room, I asked, how long is the wait. The receptionist said that she would not be able to tell. I insisted to know and so she went inside and came back and said 3-4 hours of wait! I walked out, what good is the appointment for 10-15 min delay is fine, but hours! Also in that 40 min, I was told that one can only talk of one problem per consultation! I really wonder if he is a legit doctor, as I later figured out that his waiting room was full of people who did not have an insurance.

He is a very knowledgeable doctor and respect his patients. He is not racist and so treats every patience with love care and dignity. His staff is a good team to match with patients. He knows his job.

Patient has to wait too long 3-4 hours to be seen; receive no call at all regarding the result of blood work, dr. does not use gloves when giving shots; it has been noted 3 times during getting shots.

Would not complete DMV medical evaluation form. Small office, yet I wait in the exam room for over 30 minutes each time. Quick to prescribe meds, give vaccinations. Not someone who takes time to explain things or pass their knowledge. I have questions as a patient and about possible treatments. Will find new physician, on the good side though- his small family practice is cool, no automated messages, can easily make appointments and even get to his personal cellphone in case of an emergency. All in all he is what he is- a physician. God bless him and to those that read this

Most rediculous way of prcatice, Dr. Octane does not have sense of time. Waiting period with appointments is atleast 3 hours or more. Dr. Octane does not know that people have othere things to do that day and not just to come to his office and wait there for ever. He is used to abusing people who can't speak english and they go to him because they don't have any othe choice. I suggest to Dr Octane to get some sense of time and don't be so selfish.
