Dr Bina G. Lu, MD

I had a knee injury and she stated the VA wouldn't do anything for me unless I couldn't use it at all. That's not good enough. At least she could have advised me to get help outside the VA or talk to someone to get authorization for the VA to proceed or anything else. Also, I had a serious bladder problem with invisible infections and the tests she ordered didn't show the infections and she didn't realize that the problem probably was to be taken as a serious situation. She just doesn't know stuff.

All of the staff at San Bruno VA are great; could not ask for better. Dr. Lu has been my doctor for almost two years and I have been very pleased with her professionalism. She has always been very helpful as well. Just wished I had an e-mail for her, since I am travelling outside the US and need to ask a question.
