Dr. Bindu Sudhakaran, MD

The staff was highly efficient, friendly, and very responsive to my needs. Dr. Sudhakaran was very knowledgeable, very caring, and worked through my medical history extensively, asking many questions. She took time during the appointment to address all of my concerns, and I was thoroughly satisfied with her responses, and her treatment regimen going forward. I highly recommend her- her ethics, knowledge, and her patient consideration are well above many doctors' levels. Highly recommended!

Immediately upon walking in the door, I was overwhelmed by the stench of the staff's nasty, stinky food (this was right after their lunch break)--It never let up, never went away, never aired out, and filled the entire office... Just stifling and sickeningly unpleasant. After waiting over an hour past my scheduled appt. time, I asked the receptionist if there was a restroom I might use and she directed me back through the doors. As I walked down to the end of the hall as I'd been directed, I explained to two women standing in a doorway (turned out to be a nurse or medical assistant and a lab tech) that I was headed to the restroom, at which point, one of the women hatefully informed me, "We don't have a restroom!" Yeah, right. I suppose it was her idea of a hilarious joke. However, I have to wonder how well it would have gone over if our respective races were reversed--They were African American; I am not... All hades would break loose (and it should) if Anglo personnel decided to… deny, even jokingly, an African American person access to the restroom. When I returned to the waiting room to continue waiting, I heard all sorts of babbling, loud carrying on by the staff... It was really a long wait... and the thing is, there weren't a bunch of patients; it wasn't a crowded waiting room... a couple of people came and went; there was one other new patient such as myself, but this was just an unbelievably long wait while it sounded like the staff was just gabbing loudly, laughing, hollering, and carrying on. When my appointment was finally underway, nobody at any time introduced themselves, no names given, nor were any kind of ID, nametags, badges visible to read names (they were perhaps deliberately flipped backward)... not the assistant or nurse, not the lab tech for the bloodwork. Then, to top things off, I discovered later while on my online patient account for the Memorial Hermann health system (that this doctor is part of,) that Dr. Sudhakaran (or her office staff) had falsely claimed among the "procedures" list that an EKG was conducted at my appointment--It wasn't. [I had brought an EKG report done a few months earlier by another doctor.] Making false claims and false charges are serious grievances and offenses, and I will be reporting this to my insurance company ASAP. This type of thing is dishonest, and when a doctor does this, I don't think she's to be trusted in any other aspect of healthcare.

I am Dr.Sudhakaran’s patient for 4 years now. I used to go to her old location which was better than the new one. Here I think there are other doctors who share the same premises. Overall process at the new place is unnecessary complicated. But the doctor is good. She answers all my questions and concerns all the time sometimes I think she does take things a bit too lightly. All in all good physician in the area.

She and her staff don’t care never answer the phone never call back when leaving message!!!!! Don’t trust her or her staff there lazy asf!!!

Have been with her for 15 years and because of a change in employment status she does not use our new insurance. I am heartbroken. What happened to you can keep your dr Obama

I've been using Dr. Sudhakarran for 8 yrs. She makes my family feel like her family. Her Nurses are very kind to my Grandson's when I bring them.

Having had a primary care physician in Tomball for many years that I had the utmost respect for; I was initially a little hesitant having a new primary care provider. This fear was soon alleviated once I'd met with the super friendly staff and Dr Sudhakaran herself! I was given a very thorough annual medical this year , including an EKG , ensuring that your "complete" wellbeing is closely monitored , so that steps may taken to treat any 'underlying' medical issues that can best be treated whilst caught early. The immaculate new office has ample parking and the staff are super efficient from the moment you check in!

excessive wait, rude staff, desperate for business based on trying to mandate unmerited follow-ups when info could be relayed over phone or sent electronically or in mail--they try to hold your lab results hostage and demand that you schedule another appointment to get them (all the while the meter is running!) File false claims/fraudulent charges then take forever to correct it.

Waited over an hour without even being called back. People who showed up minutes after me got bumped ahead of me. Completely ridiculous!

Dr. Sudhakran and staff made me feel extremely comfortable. This was my first visit to this office, for I am coming from Kelsey. The customer service is outstanding. However, it's amazing when you visit a doctor's office and all the employees have similar personalities. The staff pays total attention to details and are extremely thorough. I'm glad I found a doctor who genuinely care for her patients.
