What do you think of a doctor that does this to a 70 years old woman who comes for a check up. I was a new patient OF HIS, at the time & when I went to see him he kept asking me: " WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR ? " (He asked me the same question 15 times over & over & Over, I started tallying the # of times that he kept asking me the same question & nothing else.....I SWEAR TO GOD !! I answered over & over that I needed to see him because of my breathing problem, I have asthma....I WAS NEVER EXAMINED ! I WROTE A LETTER TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY & HOPE THAT HE WAS NEVER PAID !!!! RATING: LESS THAN POOR.......NOT WORTH ONE STAR BUT I HAD NO CHOICE !

I just called to make an appointment with Dr Patel and the receptionist was very short with me. Haven't decided if I will go to him or not. Just giving a heads up. If I do make an appointment with him I will inform him of the rude reception I received.

I highly recommend Dr. Patel because of his dedication to his profession, as well as his patients. You don't find very many doctors that take the time to explain what's going on with your health. He is very patient.

Doesn't really listen to pt

I don't think people really care of doctors nowadays. I thought he had excellent manners, bedside manners and it seemed he always got his job done. I would reccommend him to anyone. Keep up the good work, Dr. Bipan Patel.

My family requested Dr. Patel for a 2nd opinion for my father's pulmonary fibrosis prognosis, and we found Dr. Patel to be direct but also empathetic to the patient's situation. The nurses at the hospital like him, and that says alot since they seem to know what goes on. Unfortunately, my father passed away, but I wish now that Dr. Patel had been his doctor from the beginning -- I think the whole process of diagnosis and treatment would have been superior to what he received with another doctor.
