I came to Dr. EVANS, not knowing what was wrong with me, as prior Urologist couldn't figure it out and told me there was nothing more they could do for me. Dr. Evans took on the challenge and stuck with me until the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend him. He us very knowledgeable and very caring about his patients.

The office is very clean and the staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Evans took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended further testing. He is professional and I would highly recommend him.

Dr Blake Evans was awesome. I was diagnosed with cancer and needed surgery to remove my tumor. Being told you have cancer is very difficult to deal with, but everyone in the office was professional, efficient and empathetic. Prior to my anesthesia taking effect for my surgery, I was very worried and concerned, he comforted me and assured me "Don't worry we will take good care of you." That was the last thing I remember prior to waking up after my surgery and the first thing I remember when I work up. A+ for Bedside Manners. Their surgery center was exceptional, clean and convenient alternative than the hospital. I would highly recommend Dr Blake Evans.

My first and only visit with Dr. Blake Evans was on a Thursday morning at 8:00 am. I had arrived 15 minutes early, as I was told to do for new patients to fill out paperwork. The office staff was very friendly, which I thought was a good sign. I was not led back to an exam room until after 9:00 am. The woman at the front desk was very apologetic, and I told her that it was okay. Things took a turn for the worse once I was put into the exam room. I was in there for about 15 or 20 minutes. I could hear the conversation between what I assume were a doctor and nurse(s) outside of my room. I could tell that they were talking about me because of what was being said. Apparently, one of the nurses did not call my general practitioner for my past lab tests. I was told that I could just bring them in, and I had copies of them. For the next minute or two, I listened to this doctor berate his staff loudly. He was cursing at them a LOT. He was using multiple “F” words in each sentence. He was… yelling at them about how this always happens and that they were basically incompetent. It was absolutely shocking. The door then opens and Dr. Evans comes in. He seemed very angry that I was there. He was very curt and rude. It seemed like he had no desire to talk to me and just wanted me gone. I was sent on my way with a request to get labs taken. The whole visit was less than 10 minutes long. I was still a little in disbelief. As I was leaving, the whole staff was quiet. The lady at the front desk once again apologized. She said that she would send me the prescription for the lab work in the mail because I had waited so long. She also set me up with a follow up visit three weeks out. I got out to my car and quickly called my girlfriend about the weird and unprofessional visit. She told me that I should cancel my follow up visit and find another doctor. I should have listened. I figured that I had just spent money on this initial visit, and I did not want to do that again. After I did my lab work (the prescription was never mailed to me but it was okay) I went back for my follow up visit. It was at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday. When I got in there, I could tell that the doctor was running well behind. More than one patient said that they were there waiting for over an hour (again). The lady at the front desk said that the doctor was running more than an hour late due to morning surgeries. I would not be able to see him until after 6:00 pm. She asked me and a few other patients if they would want to be seen by the physician’s assistant instead. I said “sure” if it would be easier. I was sat in a room and the PA came in. She said a quick hello and sat down in the chair looking at her laptop. She basically told me that they could not treat me because my blood tests were normal. I was surprised because I did not think that they were normal (second opinion pending). I asked her a few questions about the tests and was given one or two word answers. She did not make any eye contact and did not tell me anything else. Once again, it seemed like I was being treated like a nuisance. The total time in the room was less than 3 minutes. I was recently billed for this “visit”. I am still confused why I was required to come to the office for this. My whole experience with SWFUA involved a total of 15 minutes over two office visits with medical “professionals” who did not want to see me, $300 out of pocket, and a doctor who curses at his staff loudly with patients within earshot. It was truly an awful experience.
