Dr. Blake Daniel Forcina, MD

Dr. Blake Forcina is an ophthalmologist who specializes in comprehensive eye care with a focus on pediatric vision conditions. He earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his residency at West Virginia University Hospital. With 15 years of experience treating patients, Dr. Forcina brings extensive knowledge to diagnosing and managing complex eye conditions. He is fluent in Vietnamese and Spanish, allowing him to serve diverse communities throughout Oklahoma.

Dr. Forcina practices at Childrens Eye Care in Oklahoma City and maintains hospital privileges at Integris Baptist Medical Center Portland Avenue. His expertise includes treating strabismus, which affects eye alignment, as well as hyperopia and amblyopia in both children and adults. He performs strabismus surgery to correct eye muscle imbalances and conducts comprehensive eye exams and dilated eye exams to assess overall eye health and detect vision problems early.
