Dr. Bohdan Pomahac, MD

A true liar and sycophant. Horrible patient relations. Total lack of compassion. Fearful of being shown to be a terrible plastic surgeon. Avoid at all costs.

I am so honored to have been able to have Dr Pomahac for my breast reconstruction. He is a brilliant surgeon. He was extremely competent, compassionate and calming through a very difficult experience. Most importantly, he made me feel and look whole again, and he did it with dignity, I am forever grateful!

From start to finish, I felt Dr. Pomahac's office was really well run. The staff are all delightful and well organized, so my appointments were always on time with very little waiting. Dr. Pomahac was easy to talk with, very nice and didn't have the ego I was expecting. I felt very fortunate to have him as my doctor. Every person I came in contact with at the hospital offered the nicest stories about the wonderful work Dr. Pomahac does, which was unsolicited and unexpected.

I had heard mixed reviews on Dr. Pomohac's bedside manner, but the negative reviews were absolutely false in my opinion. I found him to be extremely generous with his time, compassionate, caring, gentle and honest. I am honored and comforted to be a patient of one of the finest surgeons.

Dr. Pomahac is a very kind surgeon, he always makes time for all my questions and I always feel I am getting the best care. His staff are all wonderful, easygoing and knowledgable. No big egos here!

Superb surgeon; outstanding expert, caring, good sense of humor. I felt that I always got the answers I needed, well explained in lay terms what needed to be done. Never felt rushed, he always gave me the option to call him or come back with more questions. His office staff must be the nicest that I have ever encountered in any doctor's office.

I felt rushed from the start and that he was more interested in my $20 co-pay and what he could bill Harvard. He walked in after a long wait and asked me (the patient) why I was here? He then proceeded to dig into my head scars (staples removed a week prior) and said I should be fine. He is arrogant and in a rush to get you out of his office and not what I wanted in a doctor. His bedside manner is terible and now I need to waste more time for a second opinion.
