Not knowledgeable at all. Prescriped Anthrax medication for simple UTI.

Dr. Dean has been my and my husband's primary care physician for 10 years, and I have never been to a better doctor. She investigates every physical complaint that I have above and beyond what any other doctor I've been to has done; and she is quick to refer me to a qualified specialist if needed. She even called me on a weekend to check on my husband, who was in the hospital for an emergency surgery, and she has met us at her office during the holidays when I was ill. Knowledgeable, caring and on-task is how I would describe her, and best of all, I love that she tells it like it is!

Unprofessional staff. Rude on the phone. The "office manager" would not return my calls and was not interested in helping me with my issues.

Doc always seems to be behind and they strongly state that you need to be on time. While in the room doc doesnt appear to be interested.. shes got somewhere else to be... so its uh, ok, yeah..

IM 79 yrs old and DR DEAN IS the greatest DR that I have ever had to take care of me and my wife Sue. She says she is going to keep us around for a long time, god bless her, I beleive her.

I love Dr. Dean. She cam highly recommended to me. My first appt with her was 2 hours long. I've never had a doctor spend more than 15 minutes with me on a first time appt. But she really takes the time to get to know your health history so she can properly treat you. A doctor like this is a rare find. When I had a medical issue that required multiple visits, her office staff fit me in to see her, not a nurse practitioner, every single time. And she doesn't rush you through your appt, as some doctors do.
