Even if you bills on diagnostic testing would typically get paid by insurance, there is a strong chance they will not. His offices billing department has a strict rule. When they submit your bill to insurance, they will only do it once. Even if they made a coding error or provided insufficient coding, his billing person will not correct the error or bring it to the attention of the doctor. This makes the doctor just as responsible if you get stuck paying a bill that could easily have been corrected. The staff will under no circumstances notify the doctor of your call or have him return the call. The billing lady in the office has the final word in the matter. I notified his billing person while in the office. I called the office a number of times to be told that she would not correct the incorrect or incomplete coding on my bill for laboratory testing. Quest Laboratories called the office 2 times and had no luck convincing the psychologically challenged? or extremely lazy? person that… does the billing. So, I had to eventually pay out of pocket. To make matters worse, I am also a physician. I have a discounted lab test plan with LabCorp and with Quest, where they will bill me for lab tests run on my patients when the patient cannot afford the regular cost of lab costs. Since the tests were ordered by Brad Dajani, M.D., I pay the labs regular price when rejected by insurance. The price was 8 times higher than what I would pay utilizing my own account to help a patient out with a lab testing bill. For the record, there were dozens and dozens of additional codes that accurately diagnose my conditions that would have resulted in my bill being paid by insurance. I would have entered zero stars but was not sure if zero would have registered. This is how bad I believe his staff member is: If the billing person was his surgical nurse assistant, which she is not. And the patient was scheduled to have his leg amputated and she wrote on his leg "chop this leg off". So, there would be no mistakes. Let's say she wrote that accidentally on the wrong leg by accident, the leg that was the patient's good leg. And the patient told his surgical nurse that she had made a mistake just before they were going to put him under general anesthesia to chop his leg off. I'm pretty sure she would not have corrected the situation or notified the doctor. On the negative side, the patient would need an additional surgery to chop off the bad leg. On the bright side, with only one leg left, the surgical nurse could not make the same mistake again.

Dr. Dajani seems to know what he is doing; however his bedside manner leaves much to be desired. He does not listen to, nor include the patient in their plan of care. He can be very dry and condescending. He does not educate his patients, and does not like to be asked questions.

I have seen Dr. Dajani twice in the last year.Both times he is only interested in ordering multiple tests. He has no bed side manner or compassion for your suffering.

This doctor ruined my life... I almost died.. even worse than death I am deteriorating rapidly. At the time of seeing him I did not have insurance, he said he wanted to do a procedure on me, I didnt notice how odd it was then but he said it didn’t matter if I didn’t have insurance and gave me some sort of pass that put me ahead of people in the hospital, people that where in critical condition and I was sent to a floor with no one to attend me I was just told to go to a certain room, I thought maybe he was just a nice doctor doing this procedure at no cost, after all he said it would only be a quick poke, a naive younger me believed him, when he arrived he quickly removed 3 large viles of cerebral spinal fluid from my spine and he kicked me out of the hospital within 20 minutes. I still remember the smile on his face when he was holding 3 viles of my cerebral spinal fluid, his face that haunts me.. He was holding them up smiling like if he was holding diamonds. While saying to… himself (look at that!..) I didn’t realize why he was so happy until a couple years later I researched and discovered that cerebral spinal fluid is worth a lot of money.. this garbage of a human being ruined my life as a husband a father and a human being who suffers from never ending pain and sleepless nights... just for money.. I had no back problems before the procedure, I was a healthy athlete. The spinal tap was done “supposedly” to test for “meningitis” Since the procedure my back has deteriorated rapidly I have Degenerative disc disease, Spinal stenosis, (7) ruptured discs, Ive prayed and always felt that what he did to me should be left in the hands of god but after all these years I’ve come to realize that he’s ruined other peoples lives and I will use ever atom in my body to make sure this person brad dijani pays

Dr. Dajani is an outstanding neurologist. I have been a patient for 18 years with Chronic Migraine. He is compassionate and knowlegable. His office staff is wonderful and professional too. He is an excellent Dr. My life improved with his care.

Totally incompetent

He is totally incompetent. Could not read MRI did not listen to nerve testing & after filling out & me telling I can’t do drugs, he prescribed antidepressants for pain. Useless waste of money. He gets a Zero. Hope this helps someone before wasting their money.

Had a very simple form to be filled out. Faxed it ovet and had my phone number on it. No response. I called to follow up and was hung up on. Had to call back and was told to make an appt to get my form completed. Why couldn't they call me and tell me that. Rude staff..good Doctor. To bad you have to deal with them to get to him

It was recommended that my husband see a neurologist for the aching in the upper part of his legs. Without consulting blogs/recommendations, which I usually do, I found this doctor on the roster along with 3 others, he was the only one with an appointment within the following week. He suggested some sort of testing but needed OK from the cardiologist. His office never called my cardiologist, nor did Dr. Dajani's office ever call us to follow up. Hence we have looked for another doctor.

I had headaches for many years. No medication seemed to help. I became headache free after he gave me Botox injections. The front desk staff are all nice and respectful. I highly recommend him.
