Dr. Bradley Thomas Poole, MD

Dr. Poole did my surgery. His entire office failed all around in my post surgery care. His nurse Jessica laughed and told me I am talking to much. Dr. Poole himself made jokes about having to sell my car and open a hotdog stand when I said I am concerned about the costs. His assistant, Matt, looks to leave the appointment as soon as possible and will find any way out, like he did when he said he will be right back after going and talking to the physical therapists, then never came back and finished out our conversation. Dr. Poole butchered my shoulder and I am in a much more horrible spot than I was before surgery. I have talked about my issues during the entire post surgery process and they keep getting ignored. I guess Dr. Poole did not want a literal lame patient bugging him about fixing what he further broke, because his office now tells me that there is nothing else they can do for me. I cannot even lift my arm above my head anymore when previously I could with an achy… pain. His office is negligent and overbooked. He will do the bare minimum to get you off his back as you continue to suffer. Stay far away.

Dr Poole did surgery on my son’s ankle. It was a compound fracture plus all kinds of additional damage. He put everything back together again and it healed up very quickly. Some doctors in Wichita said they’d never seen such excellent work. My son is walking well and without pain. I would choose him for myself if I ever needed orthopedic surgery.

I injured my right knee during track my sophomore year and the trainer at the school told me I probably tore my medial meniscus so I was out for the rest of the season. He looked at my knee and said my meniscus was fine so he did a scope. While I was out they shaved my femur down so my patella could slide better. I has helped but I still have pain occasionally but I was okay with that. I have no scaring, and he could relate to me on my level. For follow ups he was there for about 5 minutes unless I kept talking about my knee

Has done two procedures, one on knee and one on rotator cuff. Excellent results with both.

Could not have recieved better care took time to expain what was going on and what to exspect best care I have ever recieved staff has very friendly and extreamly helpful with all my needs and questions

I would choose this doctor hands down...time and time again...great bedside manner...his knowledge is endless...sticks with you until you are back on your feet...the office is very busy as they all are good at what they do...sometimes you wait...but they are so worth the weight...and sometimes emergencies arise...this is a doctor I want on my team...when an emergencies arises in my life and I need an ortho dr.....I love Dr. Poole and his entire staff...thank you...for making my life so much better...

I had to wait awhie to get back to see Dr. Poole but when I did get back to see him he was very professional and I felt it was really easy to talk to him. I felt he did very well with diagnosing my problem. The only downfall was the wait for my appointment but then again I know he is speciality doctor and things can happen so I did not mind the wait. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Poole fixed my rotator cuff from an injury fourty years ago. I really like these young doctors. Their training is so much more advanced.
