Never had an examanation that starts with, let me know when it stops hurting. Had MRI and x-ray present but still took 3 tries to give a cortisone shot, kept hitting bone spur. Seemed uncaring and nurse was the same. Never going back

Very competent. Always has time to answer questions and just a nice man. So far, everything he's fixed works just as well as it did before. A visit to Dr. Wallace's office is almost fun. What a wonderful, wonderful staff. One warning, Jayhawk fans. Laura, the person who applies a cast, should you need one, pushes purple.

Three docs told me I needed carpal tunnel surgery. After waiting way too long, I selected Dr. Wallace to perform the surgery. I was treated very well and really appreciate the people who cared for me before and after the surgery. The surgery went quickly. Scar is on each hand is almost invisible because of the way the surgery was performed. Quick recovery and healing was very easy. Thank you, Dr. Wallace from South Padre Island gal.

I did some research. I spoke to people who had experiences with Dr. Wallace. I even spoke to people who had heard of Dr. Wallace through word of mouth. Everything I read, everything I heard set well with me. I found out personally when meeting for a consult about what direction we would take for pinning my hip. I found him to be easy to talk to. He helped me understand when I didn't understand. He listens. The pinning of me hip went well and am planning that Dr. Wallace will do a future hip replacement for me also.

I was satisfied with Dr. Wallace, and his staff. He was very caring.

Dr. Wallace and his staff are great, friendly people!! We had a great experience. He is both knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent surgeon.

Nothing good about the staff, not prompt at returning calls, poor bedside manner. Had both hips done, 1 side is flat, other sticks out, incisions don't match, 1 leg longer than the other.

He has no bedside manner. He hurt me giving me a shot after I questioned his course of treatment. I have had other shots in the knee by other doctors, and they have NEVER hurt.
