Dr. Bradley Ethan Ruff, MD

Dr. Ruff is a dismissive, rude, unprofessional physician. I visited Dr. Ruff to examine a cyst that formed on my eyelid which was causing blurriness and dry eye. He dismissed my concerns, downplayed the severity of my symptoms, and tried to suggest “Some people have a bump for the rest of their lives. It will cause blurriness and lubrication problems but won’t hurt your vision” as an appropriate treatment strategy. I waited a month for this appointment for Dr. Ruff to basically tell me to “get over it.” I won't be returning. He treated me like an inconvenience and failed to care for me as a patient.

Very good doctor. Took the time to explain up coming procedure also explained to come in more often due to age related changes. Some may feel that he is rude {?}. He is definetly not. He is very soft spoken. However I found him knowledgeable and articulate. I hope my insurance don’t change so Ivan continue on seeing him. He is the very best

After having worn glasses for 40 years, Dr. Ruff performed a lasik procedure on my eyes. Seven years later, I can still see 20/20. Highly recommend Dr. Ruff for his surgical abilities.

I am looking for a new eye doctor, however, I am shocked at the two responses I read from the doctor on this page. They are completely uncalled for and out of place. Truly, they speak to this gentleman's character and what the two patients were posting about: his arrogance. I note that they are from four and five years ago but based on his responses I will be choosing a different eye care doctor. Doctor's Response I would say that the real arrogance,or perhaps ignorance, lies in your assumption that everyone you thrust your sense of humor upon will understand it and or enjoy it! Doctor's Response Regardless of whether your description of your encounter truely occured, it remains an indecent act of cowardice to anonomously slam someone in public, and therefore a sad use of the internet.
