Dr. Bradley David Williams, MD

My husband has had two rotator cuff surgeries done with Dr. Williams (he's had a total of 5) in the past six months - no other surgeon would do one of his shoulders. I had a consultation with Dr. Williams after having an MRI of my hip. He took an xray which I had not had. I brought with me the mri images and the report. Dr. Williams relied primarily on the xray - didn't read the MRI report and concluded I needed two new hips and back surgery. He did review the MRI report from 5 years ago on my back. I asked him about a cyst in my hip socket to which he replied I didn't have one. This, even though two previous reports showed I did and that it had grown. He made a referral to one of the hip surgeons in his group since he no longer does hip surgery replacements and gave me the telephone number for a back surgeon. I have since gotten two second opinions from reputable doctors who both said hip replacements would not help me. They separately agreed that the paid is from my back and my bursa (which sets outside the hip joint so would not be remedied by a hip replacement.) The second surgeon confirmed the cyst, showed it to me on the xray, and explained… how insignificant it is overall. I feel Dr. Williams was too nonchalant in his review of my case. He was nice enough, but unfortunately, I don't feel he really cared.

Dr. Williams is an excellent surgeon! He performed a shoulder replacement on me October 6, 2017. I made an amazing recovery. His technique allowed me to use my arm very quickly. It has been 8 weeks and I often forget that I even had joint replacement. If in need of surgery, Dr. Williams is who you need to see.

A person that knows his job , has a excellent bed side manner and a team player . He knows his sports medical work . He fixed my left shoulder and it was tore up almost beyond repair.

Dr. WILLIAMS has the educational background and experience to diagnosis problems. He is caring and has good rapport with his patients.

I felt he was all about himself and his accomplishments at nasa and books he wrote our could write, He told me that my 4 weeks spent in west Valley hospital in salt lake on 1000 cal..diet and therapy six days a week and I gained 28 pounds was a good story but untrue, I told him the kind of fat I have turned to muscle. He continued to argue with me He said I was eating food someone was bringing to the hospital, (UNTRUE).

Dr Williams is working with me to know all my options for my injury. He was understanding when I stated the fear of having surgery. I believe he is genuinely interested in his patients. He seems to have the education and expertise in his field. Was recommended by another orthopedic specialist.

I was very impressed with my first appointment with Dr Williams. He was very easy to talk to & explained everything in such a way that I could understand all of my options. I never felt rushed & he spent an appropriate amount of time with me. I really felt comfortable.

DR. WILLIAMS HAS REALLY HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT MY OPTIONS OF THE CARE OF MY KNEES AND HOW AND WHAT I NEED TO DO TO DO HELP WITH MY KNEES. EXPLAINED A LOT OF THINGS I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND.THE STAFF AND THE DOCTOR ARE ALWAYS NICE AND REALLY CARE.

I am recently retired from a long career in the medical field. As well, I recently injured my shoulder, I just knew I needed surgery. Because of Dr. Williams stellar reputation as an orthopedic surgeon I chose to see him. In no time, he had my shoulder feeling like new again and we avoided surgery. Dr. Williams bedside manner is very personable, warm and friendly. He really tries to get to know you. I hope I never need his services again, but if I do, he’s the only orthopedic surgeon I’ll go to! He rocks!
