Dr. Brandi Jean Fontenot, MD

Although she did treat me and recommend many test for my symptoms, she did not remember them later on as complete. This concerned me. I did at the time ask many questions about the tests and the new medicine she put me on. I think that she answered them all to my understanding. But the fact that she did all that and we shared information on my chart app. Makes it even harder to understand why when I called for another appointment 4 months later she left a call back message saying " I saw her once but she didn't want to do anything I told her."

Highly recommend! Thorough, listens with care, and takes time with patients. Great experience since I haven’t had a PCP in over 30 years.

I wanted to tell her to just shut up and listen! She rambles on and doesn't get the point you are trying to make. Its not about you lady.... You work for me!!

My doctor, Roslyn Tabor, retired. I did not think I could find another doctor as caring as Dr. Tabor. I saw Dr. Brandi Fontent in Prairieville near my home.i did not have to wait very long at all. She was very thorough and made sure I was up to date on everything. She was kind and caring. My prayers are answered regarding finding another great doctor.

She doesn't listen with the intent to listen, only with the intent to talk over you. She doesn't follow up with you after visits, even if there are abnormal results on lab work or other diagnostic tests. She's the worst internist I've ever been to, and I certainly will not go back.

Thorough doctor

This is a partial message received by Dr. Brandi Fontenot. Since there is no place to respond in My Chart to her message to me then I will express my disfaction here. Not having her as my regular Dr, I have no opinion as to her qualifications. But I am not happy when I am falsely accused of negligently missing an appointment. Not true, the appointment was made and canceled on the same day due to unforeseen occurrences. But the fact is I did phone and cancel, it was not a "no show" as is stated in My Chart information. Best practices advise specific caure plans and follow-up on particular patient populations. Keeping your appointment plays an important role with these best practices.
