I saw Dr, Kapros for a problem with my calcium being increased, I was very impressed with her, She explained everything to me and my husband, I am a retired nurse and I could understand better whereas my husband doesn't. I feel like she gave me the time needed to go over everything that could be wrong and how to fix it. I highly recommend her, She also has a great personality

Dr. Kapros is in a word AMAZING!! I have been going to her for 10+ years now. When I go to see her I know I am in the best hands possible. Not only does she take her time and is very thorough about you medical care but she also takes time to know you as a person. You wont find any better than Dr. Kapros. She is simply the best!!

I really like Dr Kapros and would give her 4 May 5 stars. But the office that she works out of is needing a lots of help. If this lack of communication between Office through her nurse through the Doctor continues I may start looking for another doctor to start going to.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Dr. Kapros is an OUTSTANDING 20+. She is the VERY BEST of the BEST!!

Dr Kapros is worth the wait. The front staff leave a lot to be desired, although better than they used to be.

I have been a patient of Dr kapros for 7 years and since the new office manager has taken over the office is so much more organized and professional. Everyone is much more organized and the moral of the office is much better. The only improvement need is the front office people, the check inn person acts like it is a bother to even talk to you and to get a smile is impossible.

Dr. Kapros was wonderful and felt very at ease with her and her nurses. I wasn't all that impressed with the front office staff, they were not friendly at all. But, Dr. Kapros and the rest of her staff definitely made up for it. Great bedside manner and really takes her time with you. I never felt rushed. Waiting time in the lobby was a little long but it's worth it for a doctor who really listens to you.

The reason the offie probally asked you what insurance u have is to make sure they take your insurance and you wont have to pay out of pocket, and the appointment being 72 days out is more than likley because she's a specialist and apparebtly a good doctor if she's that booked!! She is the only endocronolgist in hanover county so im sure it's hard to keep a open schedule!

May be a great doc, if you get an appt. My daughter is 11 days post-thyroidectomy for cancer. No thyroid means she needs an appt ASAP to begin thyroid replacement meds. First appt was given in 72 days!! This was only after staff member's first question was what insurance she had. Her ENT surgeon, who initially recommended this doc, cancelled the appt and found another doc. Any doc who runs a practice like this is not worth seeing. Find another.

She was the first person who was really willing to look beyond the normal tests and investigate my problem. She listened to my concerns and had a "we can figure this out" attitude. Patient with myself and my cranky toddler, she was awesome!
