Dr. Brenda Hernandez-Reyes, MD

Visited twice for a referral for a new specialist since my old one didn’t lead to any results and by the end of the appointment she was going between “I need the notes “ and “what do you want me to do about it?” With the nastiest attitude when was just explaining my situation and asking for a referral. Next time I give her the notes and it’s the same rude behavior and this time “ well i need the notes for another case ( completey unrelated case)” while simultaneously telling me again what did I want her to do about it and she wasn’t even the person to ask in the first place (but then why ask for the notes?) and all the while she wouldn’t even bother closing the door so the receptionists and ppl outside got to hear. It ended with me asking if she could give me an X-ray since it was 3 years since I last got one so I see how much worse the damage is and she also refused. Only good thing about the appointment was the staff.

Visited the location on Flagler drive. Dr. Hernández-Reyes and her staff are just wonderful. Very sweet and attentive. After not having a primary doctor for over 5 years. I have found the perfect place. Beginning with the receptionist, medical assistant and the Dr. wonderful experience. Recommend 110%. Thank you all so much! Leony Roddriguez
