Have been a patient of Dr. Wells for 6Yrs. I am very pleased with the professionalism both with staff and Dr. Wells. She always takes the time to listen to my issues and always makes a suggestion on what course I should try to follow. I am 66 yrs old and thanks to Dr. Well doing well . I have been under Dr Wells care for about ten years. She has been there for me through cancer, heart disease, shingles, and my disability. She cares about me as a person and always provides me with the best care and referrals for my specialists. Her staff is wonderful always greeting me and asking me if I have everything I need. I am truly blessed to have found Dr Wells and her staff. It is comforting to know that there are still Doctors out there that take the time to talk to you. I will be with her as long as I am in Tucson. Thank you Dr Wells! JCorwin

Always on time, down to earth and knowledgeable.

Dr. Brenda Wells does an outstanding job caring for my family and me. She always does a thorough job with her exams and expresses good clinical judgment. She is approachable whenever I bring my concerns to her and she takes the time to make sure I understand how I can best improve my health. The medical staff are quick to call with my test results and they make the referral process to specialists seamless. The office manager, Bel Haouala, has been very helpful with finding me solutions to network and insurance problems. The front office has always made sure we are seen in an appropriate time frame for our medical conditions, whether they are urgent or routine. I highly recommend Tucson Family Care if you are looking for a caring practice with excellent clinical care and great customer service.

Dr. Wells started out good but went down hill when she added more np's and office should keep her office manager away from front desk. Made mistakes on renewing prescriptions

I have been going to Dr. Wells for about 5 yrs. She is a quiet person, gentle and concerned when you have a health problem. I owe my life to her for urging me to take a mammography. I have not had another Dr. who really cared about my health like she does.!

Don't waste your time.

Save your self a lot of stress and pick a different doctor!!!!!!!! Did not see Dr Wells I saw the NP she was pleasant enough. The issue is the staff they are rude and incompetent !!!!!!!! The NP had prescribed medication and when we called and left a message for her to please call us back to discuss the new medicine we NEVER got a call, when we called to see why 24 hours later the office staff was beyond rude, unprofessional and ended up telling us to pick a different office and doctor and hung up on me . NOT RECOMMENDED . RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, many more doctors pick one of them...

Dr Wells is rude, arrogant, lacks compassion and is not very knowledgeable. I saw this doctor several times and each time she was just as bad. She misdiagnosed me, provided the wrong treatment, then when I wasn't getting well she berated me instead of helping me. Her staff are nice, her NP Rachel is very nice, but Rachel too is not very knowledgeable. The office is not very clean/modern and the over all impression is this is not a very professional team or medical practice. I do NOT recommend this doctor because she puts patients at risk with her bad attitude and lack of knowledge.
