Unbelievably wonderful experience! Excellent care from the initial phone call made to schedule an appointment. Reception staff was warm, efficient and extremely accommodating. Dr. Faulkner was great. He took a complete history, spending a great deal of time to make sure he understood my complicated medical history. He educated me on the procedure I was about to have and explained alternatives. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and addressed all concerns. He made sure I left the office understanding post procedure instructions. His chair side manner was compassionate and professional. Turns out the kind, warm, efficient receptionist is his wife! They make a terrific team and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking surgery, cosmetic procedures, consultation or second opinions. Five Star experience.

All of my questions were answered and I was never rushed. He returned all of my calls and if needed saw me in his office. I would definitely recommend him.
