Unbelievably wonderful experience! Excellent care from the initial phone call made to schedule an appointment. Reception staff was warm, efficient and extremely accommodating. Dr. Faulkner was great. He took a complete history, spending a great deal of time to make sure he understood my complicated medical history. He educated me on the procedure I was about to have and explained alternatives. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and addressed all concerns. He made sure I left the office understanding post procedure instructions. His chair side manner was compassionate and professional. Turns out the kind, warm, efficient receptionist is his wife! They make a terrific team and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking surgery, cosmetic procedures, consultation or second opinions. Five Star experience.

An outstanding and caring doctor. Took a lot of time with my daughter in stitching her face after an accident to minimize scarring.

I had a mastectomy and then reconstructive surgery. He was very thorough, professional and understanding. He is very kind and has excellent bedside manner. All of my questions were answered and I was never rushed. He returned all of my calls and if needed saw me in his office. I would definitely recommend him.

Brent did some work on my hand and did an excellent job. I have full use of all my fingers and am truly pleased with the results. Brent is very caring and professional. He is very knowledgeable and I felt very confident in having chosen him as my plastic surgeon. I have recommended him to a number of other people.

Dr. Faulkner is a a very caring, thoughtful and excellent surgeon. He really does an outstanding job of explaining the surgery and the procedures and spends the time needed to make sure his patients have all their questions answered satisfactorially.
