Brett Jordan Prylinski, DO

I have been a patient of Piedmont Physicians for close to 10 years, however, after my experience this last year, I will not be returning. During a wellness check, Dr. Prylinski asked about a visit I had earlier in the year for another reason. I responded that there had been no issues. It was noted in my chart as an additional service and they charged me $150. At no such time did I ask for anything outside of my wellness check and the fact the doctor asked the question and I responded counts as another service. After numerous calls to their billing department and conversations with the office manager, they are holding firm that I am liable even though the Doctor proactively asked me the question. Be very careful if you go to this practice as their business practices are deceptive. My experience trying to talk to their business office has been a nightmare as well. The other reviews on this site about their office staff is accurate.

Made me feel unwelcome and did nothing for me! Did not listen to me.

Dr. Prylinski is the best! He is thorough, an active listener, knowledgeable, insightful, and professional. He never made me feel rushed or in a hurray. I have confidence in him, and his medical advice towards improving my overall health. I am blessed to have found such a fantastic doctor!!
