Every appointment I have had with Dr. Clay has been very good and I left with a feeling of being well taken care of, until I had to deal with his office. If you are looking for a doctor to manage your pain, this is not the doctor to see. It is an ordeal every time I need my prescription refilled. I call in my prescription the first thing in the morning and at the end of the day my pharmacist has still not heard from Dr. Clay. I am going to be having spine surgery in the near future and if I need a pain doctor after that, I will definitely look for someone whom I can depend on.

Dr. Clay is an excellent doctor. He thoroughly explained my diagnosis and prognosis. The first doctor to truly do so. I have severe cervical stenosis. He respected my concerns and provided me with an excellent individualized treatment plan. I appreciate his compassion and utmost professionalism.

This man is arrogant and incredibly insensitive. I came in to treat my pain and he completely dismissed it and only focused on my needing to lose weight. This man has probably never had a painful day in his life and this man pushing my problems away like he did only makes me tell everyone I know with pain to stay far away from him. He has no compassion and this trash deserves no patients ever!

I'd give Dr Clay 10 Stars if I could been dealing with serious back problems for years see many of specialist and he finally found my problem fantastic Dr fantastic staff can't say enough about him

He failed to prepare for my visit, and turned it on me. Did not get prior approval. He then billed my insurance co. By falsifying a visit. Wasted hours of my time.

This Guy had to have had his comments cleaned up. I had to find a new pain Doctor because My insurance had changed which is Why I ended up with Doctor Clay. Hoped He would be okay. HE DOES NOT LISTEN ! Took him all of my records on disc, they couldn't even open them, found out at my last visit. If you need long term care I wouldn't suggest him. His nurses are very nice . Front desk staff are very unfriendly . If you have medical records to provide make sure they're on paper.. "He never even gave me a physical examination".

I have severe arthritis in my neck, causing nerve pain. Dr Clay managed my pain through medication. this improved my quality of life. I am very satisfied and would reccomend Dr. Clay and staff.
