The front desk is almost always rude. It is the exception if they are actually pleasant and helpful. It's near impossible to get a refill in time. Often times you have to call everyday for 3 or 4 days. I have run out of daily medication because I could not get anyone to address the refill request for days at a time. Overall, a very unpleasant experience almost every time. Would not recommend.

Very rude. Didn't want to address all the problems I went to see him for. Told me I needed blood work done but wouldn't explain why. Felt like he was trying to rush me out..

Lack of patience & compassion exhibited by the staff. Always felt rushed! Rude response from nurses. Hint of superiority complex and lack of knowledge of culturally diverse population...even in Nampa the staff should be educated! Will NEVER recommend!
