Dr. Brian Gregory Cross, MD

Very brief and cursory Physical exam. Would not order any labs even though in the past, I always had lab work done, said he didn't think I needed it. (this was his first visit with me, as my previous dr. left the practice) Even though I have several documented conditions, and see several specialists for them, he was dismissive of the need to continue seeing them. Did not listen to me, and was rushed and unprofessional .

Exemplary physician. Diagnosis and plan of action easy to understand! Very busy doctor but takes the time to understand issues facing the patient and reviews all medications carefully.

He,s a good man. Listens and offers help when requested. I know he's just doing what the powers that be are telling him. I did not realize he was affiliated with Wellstar. I didn't mean and harm to you. Im sorry but it doesn't have to be like this. I had a procedure that proves the young lady made a mistake. I guess the CYA went into effect the moment I complained. All my doctors are treating me differently now. All because of one power hungry person. I DO NOT recommend WELLSTAR ER at all. 0 Please lets fix this. I have been making small improvements over the past year. BECAUSE of your feedback. I'll do better. You know noone will accept me now with what is hidden.

Dr Cross is trusted with the care of our entire family, and is dedicated to our health and well being. He has treated our family for a variety of illness and is responsible for one of our family members to successfully manage their diabetic condition. He answers all of our health questions and provides reliable diagnosis and medication for each illness and condition. New patients can have confidence with Dr Cross and his medical expertise, as we have been his patients for over 20 years and contribute our health to his outstanding care!

Dr Cross is my primary care physician. I had to go to the local ER with a debilitating injury. Dr Cross went above and beyond by sending a staff member to check on me and then doing the follow-up on the injury and further treatment himself at his office. He is carefully monitoring the healing process and ensuring that my health is not adversely affected. I see Dr Cross on a monthly basis for other health issues and it is critical to have a doctor who is hands on and takes the time to check all the medication interactions. Our entire family sees this doctor and he is exceptional!

Keeps us healthy, takes great care of us when we get sick..pro active on wellness...Answers questions honestly and does not run any unnecessary tests!! 5 Stars is not enough for this doctor!

Highly recommend this dedicated internal medicine physician. Very low key dedicated to patient care.

if i could give a zero on your chart i would. Never have i ever been treated with such lack of compassion, unconcern, threats, hatered and disrespect in a medical office by any doctor or any of his staff. only one person had a clue or cared one bit. Was denied care and the doc gets others to do his dirty work..wont deal face to face with you like a human being. Don't bother to go there.
