Dr. Brian Charles Cusick, MD

My 9 year old is super scared of Drs and procedures. Horrible bedside manner. Dr didn't even really introduce himself, asked about the bloody noses and then dove into the exam without telling him anything that he was doing. Snipped at him when my son flinched and then turned and talked to me only when saying what he was going to do. Didn't even fully explain that even, just said he was going to spray some numbing spray. Then he came back in with a headlamp and started to get ready but again never explained what the steps would be, what he was doing, nothing to put my son at ease. Son started crying and Dr said "well it's this or we do it in the OR" basically threatening a 9 year old to get him to calm down. We did NOT get the procedure done and immediately asked to reschedule with a different Dr despite now having to wait another three months and another hour and a half drive. How this guy is considered "pediatric" is beyond me. "

Dr Cusick is extremely professional and has provided excellent care for our family. All three of my children have been treated by Dr Cusick and I recommend him to everyone.

Very disappointed with this doctor. My child has had ear pain for quite some time. We have been to the pediatrician twice and got no where, so decided to try a specialist. It hurt for her to touch her ear, and she couldn’t lie on it. He blew me off and was condescending saying “ she is fine” and has selective hearing. I had to ask for a hearing test. Again to be told nothing is wrong. 4 days later we are back at the practice. Different doctor same group and she has a severe ear infection and swimmers ear. Ear was also vacuumed out. Hello how is this missed? 2 copayments in one week. I am infuriated. Staff is very rude too. However, Jamie Weishans the new doctor we saw had amazing bed side manner and handled the situation. She is highly recommended.

After years of useless treatments from various doctors, I finally found someone who helped me. He knew exactly what to test for, and the best facility at which to have the test performed. He gave me a thorough explanation of my conditions, complete with pictures, and a specific diagnosis, He prescribed a course of treatment that actually helps. . I will always be grateful.

Dr. Cusick was a very friendly person and paid very close attention to the problems I was explaining to him. Definitely a good experience at the doctors office and makes me not afraid of hospitals as much!
