Accurate diagnosis can't wait for the surgery

Dr. Drew treated me for the first time, and he was wonderful. He took the time to listen carefully and provided the right treatment and clear guidance regarding my concerns. I rate him as excellent.

After waiting for more than 90 minutes, along with several other patients, I was told that the doctor was double-booked throughout the day and that he manages his own calendar. Note that my appointment was scheduled for less than 2 hours after the clinic opened. When I asked the length of time allowed for each appointment, I was told 15 minutes, but that he typically spends a lot more time, which I would expect. However, I can only assume that is precisely the reason the wait was so long. This experience would lead me to believe that Dr. Drew sees this as a volume game because he likely realizes 15 min appointments are unrealistic. But more than that, how he manages his calendar is ultimately disrespectful of patient's time. Despite being "next," I decided to leave. He might be a good ENT, but a very poor manager of the patient experience...and employee experience. His staff was left with addressing frustration from several patients which is unfair.

Dr Drew is the greatest doctor the nicest and patient and smart. I can’t say enough with things about him. He takes time to listen to my questions and answer them gently and thoroughly and he’s very a very kind person. I really enjoy having him as my ENT doctor couldn’t be better

Dr Brian Ray Drew was professional and proficient and informative and a good person to have as a specialist. I was in and out and taken care of better than I can ever remember in past of any other profession. I highly recommend this clinic and this specialist Dr Drew

This doctor is terrible. I went in to get my hearing checked because I am having a hard time hearing and his bead side manner is terrible. He said my hearing is perfect and when I said it didn’t make sense that it’s perfect when I can’t hear he said maybe people need to speak up. Then handed me my paper and said I don’t know what to tell you. I felt like he thought I was being ridiculous. I do not recommend him at all.
