Dr. Brian J Egan

I was referred to another OB by my physician. I did some research and choose Doctor Egan. From the very first appointment, he treated me like a person. I didn’t feel like a name on a file, or a number on a computer. He seemed to listen to my problems and concern. Yes, there was times that I waited a little while, but he’s a busy doctor. He’s a person just like me. I understand that everything can not be fixed in 15-20 minutes. My situation called for surgery which he explained everything and made sure I understood all that my procedure consisted of. It was Doctor Egan that came in every day that I was recovering in the hospital. The nurse told me that she was not sure which doctor would check up on me, for Doctor Egan had that day off. He still came in to check on my progress and made sure I was doing well. I owe him a lot of gratitude. He is a wonderful and caring doctor. I only wish I could find a regular physician that recognized me as a person, not a name and number on a file.

Dr. Egan is a fantastic obgyne. He is very knowledgeable in all things related. I'm very impressed by his badside manner. I had sepsis due to an infection and felt very confident in his diagnosis and treatment because he can sit and talk to you realistically about what is happening and what your options are. He always puts the patient's best interest first.

Great Doc Horrible Office Staff

I've seen all three doctors in this practice but Dr. Egan is my favorite. The office staff made it so accommodating to get me in with my insurance issues I was having and Dr. Egan seriously made the end of my pregnancy amazing. I had such a rough start with two other not great doctors. Dr. Egan took me on late on my pregnancy and took amazing care of me and the baby. He eased my mind and made sure we were monitored closely. Seriously cannot thank this man enough for everything he did. I am truly blessed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Egan and the other two doctors in this practice. They are all very skilled doctors and all three doctors in this practice have amazing bedside manner and are so very knowledgeable in what they do!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

My daughter wasn't feeling 100% on a Sunday and called the doctor's practice that he shares with 2 other doctors. After she was unable to reach anyone, I called and spoke to the answering service rep who soon afterwards called me back to say he'd left a message with the doc on call. I thanked him, but we didn't get a call after an hour, so I called back and left another message with the rep. Still nothing, and by this time my daughter went to the ER to be prudent. While there the hospital attempted to reach one of these doctors, but made no contact. After a couple hours my daughter was given the ok to go home. I still think the doctor should have called which may have spared the expense of an ER visit. When I told this doctor that there was a communication problem somewhere he just kept smiling and said my daughter did the right thing, but I said a doctor should have responded to the calls. He just smiled and said dismissively, "I'll look into it."

Dr. Egan is an amazing doctor. He diagnosed me with a medical condition that most doctors have still a lot of unknown about and delivered two of my kids. I was extremely high risk and I always felt safe with him and felt like he always had my best interest and well-being in mind. Great bedside manner. Always willing to answer questions, and address fears. Unfortunately the office staff is terrible as far as rudeness.

Dr. Egan is Awesome! While pregnant with my second child, I had the pleasure of meeting him. He made me feel so comfortable & had a great sense of humor. And I loved the way he really makes sure that you understand things before leaving the office(and he will draw diagrams for you:). Overall, he's simply Awesome! And I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good ob/gyn.

I have been seeing Dr. Egan since 2000 when he delivered my daughter. Since then I've seen him for annuals, issues, and he also delivered my twins in 2010. He was the only Dr. Who didnt try to talk me out of my birth plan and I always feel like he cares so much about me! The wait.time (and 40 minute drive) are well worth the wait! I would never want to see anyone else. It sucks that sometimes his staff pushes patients out the door with their rudeness before they even get the pleasure of meeting him!

Good dr. very nice. However staff is somewhat rude and after waiting for the dr. for over 40 min I was told it is what it is by the staff. I've been to this office over 10 times and have always waited well past my appointment times.

I really enjoy having Dr. Egan as my OBGYN because he listens and understands me. I have also sent my daughter to see him because I trust him. He has helped me through a lot of medical problems. I would recomend him to any female because I know he will be a great help to her.
