Dr. Brian Edward Flowers, MD

Dr. Flowers would get 5 stars. However, nothing else is organized in this office. For a scheduled mid-morning appointment, I waited 1 hours and 40 minutes and had to leave without seeing the doctor due to another commitment. My billing was so inaccurate that it took a lot of time and work to straighten it out with insurance. This wasn’t the first time these things happened, just the last.

This Doctor and his staff have no respect for my time. I show up on time for my appointment, but 2 1/2 hours later I still have not seen the doctor. I finally walk out

After having an implant done in 2007 by Dr. F, the other eye was ready. I expressed my displeasure of the vision after the original surgery and he blew me off. I went to another Doctor for a 2d opinion and it was such a simple explanation - Why didn't Dr. F explain?Smug - arrogant - poor patient relationships

I went twice, and each time felt belittled for my concerns. My daughter was with me both times. The first time, we thought it was just a bad day for him and i agreed to see him again. But both of us left with the attitude "what in the world?" so apparently he is just that way, arrogant, and belittling. So i will not see him again.
