Dr. Brian P Leyh, DO

Waited close an hour and when finally seen, he didn’t even face me or apologize. Arrogant and downright rude, no empathy, interaction only with nursing staff making jokes and utterly disregarding the patient. I learned nothing, and had to ask for my own x-ray to be taken, as no information was forthcoming from him. He might be skilled but his entire demeanor is one of condescending distaste for his patients.

I had one interaction with this provider. He was mean. And by that, I don’t mean unfriendly. He was down right mean. Talked over me the entire time. Did not empathize though seemed to not even have the ability to do so. He didn’t even want to listen. I really wish I could get my copay back for this visit. 0/10. Would not recommend.

Arrogant, at best. Lacks empathy and understanding. My interaction with him was unfortunately very negative. Bassett has so many wonderful providers and I was surprised at his flippant, rude demeanor.
