Dr. Louie was a specialist to whom I was referred. He was great. He listened to all my concerns. He explained his take on everything and made suggestions as to what I could do next even though he was not the person who needed to help me. I am grateful we have medical specialists like Dr. Louie to help us on our way.

Seattle is a two-hour trip for me, including a ferry. However, Dr Louie and his team are worth the effort it takes to get there. I feel fortunate to be seeing him for my care

Dr Louie and his team are the best, as well as my other surgeon and the care you provide at the hospital. I like to compare how your care has stayed excellent vs Optum who took over Polyclinic. I feel sorry for the staff there as this company no longer regards any value to there patient care based on changes they have made. Please continue being the best, Swedish!
