Dr. Brian Robert Mcmahon, MD

Dr Bucca is great, has been my kids dr. from birth but there are some serious issues with this practice on days that dr. Mcmahon is practicing. I waiting to be seen with my very sick child for 3 hours and no one checked on us, no one cared enough to even give him tylanol for his fever. The nurse was illequipped and spent 10 minutes further exausting my son just to get a rectal temp reading when armpit would have been just fine. I left after 3 hours of waiting to still not be seen by the dr. and the rude receptionist tried to blame me for the long wait, falsly claiming i said i might not come to the appointment. I left there crying for the exaustion these people let my son suffer and went to urgent care, was seen within 30 mins by kind caring people. This dr. Is too old school and needs to step down as soon as possible. He is ruining a great practice and i'm sorry to have to leave it.

Nasty secretaries so nasty have power and ego issues to the point im pulling my children out after 7 years. Had enough
