Dr. Brian Alan Moogerfeld, MD

Brian is a excellent doctor...has been my doctor for 4 years....but the office staff is the worst I've ever see....left for hours in the waiting room...referrals not filed with Obama care after a month....ignores phone calls...really?

Dr. Brian seems very competent. A lot of staff turnover. Getting Rx in a timely manner seems to be a struggle.

Dr. Moogerfeld is a good doctor but his office has an easily correctable flaw. There are no privacy curtains in the exam rooms. You can be laying there spread eagle for a PAP smear and and the door could be left open when someone enters or leaves or stands in the doorway talking to someone. I have seen both of these things and a number of other things. The rooms are not large but room should be made for patient dignity.

I called a few days ago during the regular office hours and nobody answered my call. I left a message and explained what I needed. Nobody has the courtesy to return my call. Several of my colleagues told me that it is hard to get any decent service from Moogerfeld office, and they left their office and went to other places for better care.
