Dr. Shafer is great! He listened to my problems, check my shoulder, explained the problem in manner that I could understand gave me suggestions for the card of my shoulder. He is very professional, personable, caring and makes you feel that you are his only patient! Excellent Doctor and Great Man! His staff are professional, knowledgeable, personal and caring! You receive their complete attention! Excellent practice!

Highly recommended and did not disappoint. Very personable and easy to understand. Very, very knowledgeable and allowed plenty of time for visit and made sure all questions were answered. Made sure I was following up with support doctors and covering all angles

I highly recommend Dr Shafer. Extremely thorough, allowed all the time to answer and explain all my questions so that I understood the extent of shoulder damage. It’s so rewarding to have a surgeon show he cares about your issues and offer expert diagnosis. In my case good to hear no surgery required which obviously states integrity and honesty instead of surgery profits. FANTASTIC DOCTOR is the bottom line!!

This is my second visit with Dr. Shafer and I have been extremely impressed. His patient “manner” is very calming and informative. His grasp of my injury and the course of action required was reassuring. I was referred to Dr. Shafer by my family doctor and after my first visit had already called him to thank him for his referral. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shafer.
