Listens to you doesn't rush you through. Had double pneumonia last yr he aggressively treated it was well in no time.Longest time I have waited in office is 30 minutes.Recommend him!!!!

First doctor in 62 years that I am comfortable seeing. I finally go in when I'm starting to feel sick instead of putting it off until it becomes an emergency. I highly recommend Dr. Waggoner.

I suffer from a series of diseases and conditions and Dr. Waggoner is by far the best physician I have found in Cookeville. He has helped me more and given me more hope for healing than I thought was possible.. Love and respect this physician!

I ended up hospitalized because this doctor ignored my symptoms and labwork. Dr Waggoner will happily write prescriptions tho. His so called "nurse" seems to do most of the diagnosing and she isn't qualified to do so. I now have permanent damage from this guy's laziness. You can do much better than this guy. Dr Waggoner doesn't examine you, his nurse doesn't take blood pressure, pulse or anything either. This really isn't a medical office. They don't do anything !
