Dr. Wills is a fellowship-trained hand and upper extremity surgeon. He began practicing at Steindler Orthopedic Clinic in September 2011. After receiving his bachelor of arts degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, and economics at Middlebury College, Dr. Wills attended the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Upon receiving his medical degree, Dr. Wills went on to complete a general surgery internship, then his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Wills also completed advanced fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at the University of Florida Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute. When he's not seeing patients, Dr. Wills enjoys hockey, taekwondo, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Dr Wills is a pleasant friendly doctor with a sense of humor. He has a soothing voice that puts me at ease. I would recommend him. Great that he comes to Muscatine so I don’t have to go to him.

Dr.Wills was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything about my situation/care plan and answered all of my questions and concerns in a caring manner. I did not feel rushed and after my appointment with him I was more knowledgeable about my options moving forward. I would highly recommend!

I had hand surgery recently and Dr. Wills did very good. He answered all my questions and didn't seem rushed like a lot of specialists.
