Dr. Brian Robert Wolf, MD

Amazing experience for my daughter. Dr. Wolf was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on so my 14 year old daughter could understand. His staff was wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Wolf to everyone

I waited more than 90 minutes for a five-minute meet up with a doctor who offered a lot of condescension and very little information pertaining to my case. "Just because someone tells you to have surgery,..." he nearly scoffed. (Another doctor had referred me to this surgeon.) Appears to prefer treating student athletes. Dismissed this middle aged patient seeking ACL reconstruction. When I complained in an email, he responded with plenty of information, and offered to treat or refer, none of which he was willing to do in person.

Dr. Wolf repaired my daughters shoulder after a sports injury, and then a second time after another injury. The only negative to the experience was the long waits at the office, but I expected them, since this is a University setting. I was very impressed, as was my daughter, with Dr. Wolfs bedside manner. He always completed a thorough exam, and then would sit down and ask her what her questions and concerns were. He always took the time to answer all questions and provided detailed explanations about what had happened and what he was going to do. He never made us feel like he was in a hurry. He spoke directly to my daughter, making her the primary focus, while also answering my questions. We were provided with pictures of the inside of her shoulder taken during surgery, with explanations of what he had done written on them. He was always the one to come and talk to us, not one of the residents. I would and have recommended him to friends and family.

Try and get an early appointment the later in the day it gets the longer you wait. I had a 12:45 appointment and did not see the doctor until 2:30 (this happened twice). Another time I had an early appointment and got in right away.
