Dr Bickelhaupt was very kind and caring. I was transferring from another health system and she had reviewed my old records and was well prepared for my visit. I did not feel rushed and she patiently listened to my concerns. After an exam she presented me with my options and allowed me to direct my next steps. I feel very blessed to have such a provider in my corner.
