I was very impressed when we had my sons first appointment with her in regards to his seizures, the first visit she was able to tell us what type of seizures hunter was having, she def. knows her stuff. We will be having another visit here with her soon for my daughter.

She is very good, she knows her stuff, I feel very comfortable with my son having her to treat his seizures. I recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Surran was one of the BEST doctors we have ever seen! She listened, took her time, had reviewed my child’s numerous medical records, and came in ready to be part of our team to figure out what is happening with him. She was patient, and kind and answered all of our questions! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatric neurologist!

I was not happy at all with Dr Surran-Although she was very nice, I felt she was not thorough. I felt like I wasn't heard and what she did hear she was quick to dismiss-When I arrived home I found my pre appointment questionnaire still in my purse-complete with family history and allergies (good thing my daughter was not allergic to latex after they examined her with latex gloves without looking at her history). I will drive directly to Boston in the future!

Dr. Surran is friendly and understanding. We were not impressed with her lack of thoroughness. Also, it seemed she did not review the latest reports from tests or other MD appointments prior to seeing patients.
