Dr. Brookellen Rider, DO

I saw Dr. Rider on a Monday for problems with my ear being clogged, she told me to use Flonase and if it wasn’t better by Thursday to message her so I messaged her on Thursday and told her there was no change. It has been a week today and I still haven’t heard from her.

Dr.Brookellen Rider has one of the best bedside manners I have encountered in a physician. As a new patient she took the time to do an excellent physical exam and answer my questions. Here on the Delmarva Peninsula it's very difficult to find a good physician that accepts new patients. My wife is also a new patient.

Dr. Rider is an awesome Doctor. She is a true healer. It is very easy to get an appointment. Her staff is friendly. She will really take time and ask you questions until she gets to the bottom of whatever is making you feel bad. She has a very pleasant manner and is always extremely nice. On multiple occasions, even on her days off, she has gone the extra mile to help me. She is very compassionate, understanding and knowledgable. She just kinda seems like she was one of the people who was meant to be a doctor. She is very good at what she does, and I feel fortunate that she has been my families doctor all these years. We would go anywhere else.

My visits with Dr. Ryder have been extreamly professional. Her diagnoses has always been correct, and cared for properly. The only issue I have is not having a follow up visit scheduled. A six month are twelve month should be factored in. At this point I only visit if I have a reason to. Annual blood work and physical exam should be scheduled by the doctor.
