There really are no words to describe the Dr and his staff. He is a true artist and resculped my tummy through an extended abdominalplasty. The results were much more than I could have expected! If you are looking for the ideal Doctor and staff you are at the right place. I never waited more than 5 minutes to see Dr. Barach. The ladies in the office are so very friendly and helpful. Dr.Barach explained procedures with me and what my results would be. He was very honest in telling me what may require additional surgery to correct. Followed up with before and after picture of previous patients to get an even better idea. Always asked if I had any questions and not to hesitate to call or come in. I had several visits before my surgery, everything had been explained completely. After surgery he checked on me and even called the following day (on a weekend) to see how I was doing. All follow up visits are just as complete as the initial visits. Very friendly man and gave me amazing results. I could not have dreamed of looking better. In fact, I didnt look this good even as a teen. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Barach was everything I was looking for in a surgeon. His credentials preceed him, he was honest and treated me like a colleague. Not to mention he did an excellent job; I am very pleased with my results. He even called the next day, which was a Saturday, to see how I was doing. Top notch.
