I just had a partial knee replacement surgery. Everything and everyone was great. They all prepared me for what was to come by answering my questions showing me exactly what was going to be done. They had my medicine that I would need after my surgery sent to my pharmacy before the surgery so I had everything right after it. I love the three things they gave me at the hospital to help get dressed with. Those things were very helpful. I appreciate Dr Byrd , his staff and the people at Lewis Gale Montgomery hospital for a very successful surgery and great recovery.

After three surgeries, I have great respect and appreciation for Dr. Byrd and his staff. The care and attention to my concerns could not have been better. Time was always given to discuss and answer my questions during my office visits. If a question arose after my visits, Dr Byrd and the staff were available to answer, using My Chart messages, or by phoning the nurse manager for surgery patients. The care I received from the doctor, his surgical staff and the nursing staff at Lewis Gale during the surgical procedures was excellent. Dr. Byrd’s bedside manner is the best and the results of my knee replacement surgeries, have given me a new lease on life.

Could not ask for a better experience he’s a fantastic doctor. I would trust him doing surgery around me anytime he cares about you takes care of you and I always recommend him in the whole team.

Dr. Byrd is pleasant, thorough and concerned about you receiving exactly what you need that would benefit you the most. He explains so that you understand what his diagnosis is and what he plans to do. I really like this doctor

Dr. Byrd is very personable, professional and knowledgeable . Takes the time to really listens to your concerns. My husband had hip surgery a year ago and we were well pleased with Dr. Byrd. I’m seeing him now for my issue. We have recommended him to many of our friends. Great doctor & staff. First review I’ve ever written on a doctor if that tells you how great he is at his profession.

Ive been seeing Dr. Byrd MD for a little over a year, and my experience has been excellent. I had hurt my shoulder a year ago. He examined my shoulder, gave me a cortisone shot and wanted me to do PT. Unfortunately at that time the PT wouldn't do thearpy due to my high blood preassure. My old pcp never released me to take the PT. After being diagnosed with high blood preassure and treatment I was still having issues with my shoulder. I got another appointment with Dr. Byrd and treated me for the second time . Now im going to thearpy and take it from there. I recommend Dr Byrd for you Orthopedic needs. Dr. Byrd has been helping me manage my arthritic knee pain for a year now. I appreciate his conservative approach in treating my knee joint pain thus far and thus trust his honest evaluation that replacement is ultimately in my future.
