Dr. Bruce Coull

I don't understand the disparity in reviews, esp those lauding him as being a good listener and answering questions,etc. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. Yes, he can be nice, but then he can also be very dismissive and curt in the same visit, which makes me so confused. He told me to look on the internet for info about my condition, and is not forthcoming with any info himself, rarely offering any and not answering my questions, which i posed multiple times but was utterly disregarded. He doesn't respond to any messages, even urgent ones, and this has delayed me getting approval for medications. Two telehealth visits i was never contacted, and waited weeks, calling every day to reschedule an office visit. Like i mentioned, he can at moments seem nice and sympathetic, and then dismissive of your symptoms and writing in your chart that he doubts the legitimacy of your symptoms, which greatly upsets me and i feel like some malingering fraud. So, for all those writing such… stellar reviews, good for you. Im glad your experience has been more positive. But, for me, decidely less so.

Dr Coull is caring and takes the time to listen and has really helped me!!

Dr. Coull is the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever had treat me. He spends whatever time you need discussing your problem and answers any questions you have in an easy to understand way. He makes sure that you know that there are no "stupid" questions - unlike others that I've been treated by - and obviously cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
