I arrived at Dr. Ouellette's office expecting to wait the usual 30 min that I have found in other offices. I was pleasantly surprised to be taken at almost my exact appointment time. Dr. Ouellette was very thorough, extremely professional, and his kindness and caring attitude was refreshing. I highly recommend him to anyone who appreciates a physician whose main focus is to give his patients the best possible care, regardless of how much time it takes.

Office staff is extremely rude. You feel like you are a participant in a cattle drive. Hurry in, just the quick facts, hurry out. This is not the feeling you want from a neurologist. If you are seeing a neurologist, you most likely have a serious condition, and do not want to be shrugged off; but shrugged off is exactly what you get. I've been given inaccurate information several times. I have to examine my own MRI reports to receive accurate information. Unfortunately options are very limited in this area for neurologist.
