Dr. Bruce W Reid, MD

I love the professionalism and my doctor. The wait time in the office is very long. The wait time to get to the back is from 40 minutes to an hour. There could be improvement in this area.

Dr. Reid and his staff is so unprofessional, I would never recommend anyone to him. He really let me suffer for a while being in infuriating pain. Thank God for being God, He answered my prayers and I changed Doctor. I pray for the whole staff I came in contact with. So if anyone going there pay attention.

This review is not so much about Dr. Reid, because I have yet to see him, because of what seems to me to be very poorly-managed customer service care by his front office. On Nov. 5, I called Dr. Reid's office to make an appt because of an injured knee which was swollen/stiff/painful. I also asked if he was taking "NEW" patients. I was told yes. Because of his client load I was given an appt date of Nov. 19. On Nov. 19, I received a call from Dr. Reid's office saying that the computers were down and I would receive a call on Tuesday to reschedule the appt. Tuesday a.m., I received no call. By Tuesday p.m., I decided to call, but had to leave a message. I also started looking for another ortho specialist. Wednesday a.m., still no call from Dr. Reid's office. I called, the v/m came on, but I don't think I left a msg. I went to the other specialist. Today is Monday, Nov. 26. I've called Dr. Reid's office again to let them know how poorly I sensed their customer service is. As of this… writing, I've not heard back from Dr. Reid's office, nor is their a live person answering the phone. Truly unfortunate!

Very concerned about his patients

I scheduled a appointment at 8:45. I arrived at 8:40. There was several people inside and the office opened at 8:30. I was the last person to be called at 9:20 I left. I also asked for a refund of my copay. I am a working person when I make an appointment either cancel or reschedule but do not treat me like a welfare client whose service is being paid for by welfare. The office waiting area is small and reeks of cigarette smoke from the patients that smoke and come in and out the door. Dr Reid is an excellent doctor, but if I have to go through this process for care I prefer to go elsewhere .Their is a TV in the lobby but it is disconnected

Dr. Reid explained my condition, the cause of my condition and treatment in terms I clearly understood. He listened so that he could answer my questions without a me having to restate my question or ask again.

Was put into surgery @10am appt, left waiting on table for 4-5 hours while he took other patients ahead of me. I ended up last on schedule without ex ...

Was very pleased with experience. confused to read that he had left the practice.
