Dr. Bryan Curry Donohue, MD

Dr. Donohue is exceptional but the office scheduling is beyond screwed up. My husband was scheduled for a re-check in early Spring of 2018. They cancelled and never rescheduled him/never call back.. despite us calling THEM. Someone, they say, will return the call - no one ever does ...- we've tried FOUR times to reschedule via phone since then. So I scheduled online (since the person doing appointments never "is there" when I call). The appointment was for today and they cancelled **THIS MORNING** - reason this time is the doctor is sick - today on 12.18.2018.. hmm. And Dr. Donohue himself asked my husband not long ago why he has not been in to see him yet this year. Well, we still love the doctor regardless of how poorly the scheduler treats the patients.

great doctors I had a stent put in last year had a follow up appointment in august they cancelled it and told me the had a dr leave the office I called twice since then they told me that they would contact me it is late October and still no appointment very disappointed what good is the quality of care if you can not get it

We waited 1/2 hour in the waiting room, were then put in a smaller room, asked a few questions by an unidentified person, and left for one hour longer without any explanation or any kind of comment; no one showed up for that one hour.It would have been nice to tell us why we had to wait so long.My husband had left work early to make the appointment; everyone's time is important. We have no gripe with Dr. Donahue's medical acumen.

I have seen Dr. Donohue and I have seen Dr. Allen. Both are great doctors. My main complaint is I can make an appointment with one and when I get there the other one is there. One time the office staff informed I would be seeing yet a third doctor. To me this is unacceptable. When I see a specialist I want to build a repore with that doctor. I don't want to be passed back and forth and never knowing who is going to be there. I understand that emergency's come up, but it is very annoying not to see the same doctor every time.
