Dr. Bryan Christophe Kavanaugh, MD

I had an Upper Endoscopy on Jan 21 and the way I was treated from start to finish was absolutely painless, the staff, the clerk, the Dr. made me feel like I was in familiar company, good spirits and the next thing I was back in the prep room talking freely as if no procedure had taken place. No pain, no discomfort, just good vibrations. I will certainly do it again if suggested.

I very much appreciate Dr. Kavanaugh’s willingness to help diagnose and treat my complicated GI issues. His willingness to “stick with me” until he diagnosed the problems AND found the best treatment plan. I’m currently experiencing a different set of issues, but I’m confident he will continue to working with me to diagnose the issue and successfully treat whatever’s the problem. In addition, I was seen several times as well as treated by his Julie Cotton, his PA with just as much confidence. I felt like Dr. Kavanaugh was well aware of her findings and treatment plans. The ability to use their secure patient portal in lieu of office visits is great for me. Not for everyone, but I feel I get the same level of care. I’ve also had an endoscopy at their facility. What a great group of schedulers, receptionists and nurses! Just as professional and caring as what I would expect from Dr. Kavanaugh. I’m SO fortunate to have found Dr. Kavanaugh. My husband and I are much… more confident that I’m receiving the best GI care available.

Errors: Being diabetic I called for help prior to my treatment. No one called. When they called for me to go in another patient with the first name went in instead of me. They gave this individual private information of me. The tech lied after realizing they had the wrong person and said all rooms are full we are just taking info. Well it happen to be an individual that I knew which I was trying to avoid for two decades. Now he has my number and address. No apology was given for the confusion. An apology goes along way. Being diabetic I was concerned about my blood sugar they tested me for it and did not give me the results. My age was incorrect on their forms and the anesthesiologist was unaware of another medical condition I have and what to do when I took my medicines. I saw the doctor for about two minutes prior to my procedure. He was the only positive thing out of the whole experience. Immediately I felt I was in good hands he is highly recommended.

Staff were great, procedure went very well, no irritation afterwards, able to eat solid foods within the hour after procedure was done. Highly recommend Dr. Kavanaugh

I am impressed with Dr. Bryan Kavanaugh and Associates in Gastroenterology. Everyone is caring and aware of the patients feelings and needs. Dr. Kavanaugh discussed my situation with me, personally, making sure I was understanding the procedure and assuring me that I could contact him at any time with any questions. I was comfortable with his knowledge and actions.

Dr. Kavanaugh was very nice and informative. I was in good hands.

This is the 2nd time for me in his office. Alway has the time to answer my question and concerns. Staff is the same way, Very helpful. I will see then again in 5 years with out a doubt for my check up

Dr. Kavanaugh has always listened, thought of all the possibilities, and been patient with my questions. He's knowledgeable, explains things very well, and is highly personable. His staff are caring as well. He's taken care of a couple of concerns of mine and I'd recommend him to anyone.

I felt very comfortable. The doctor and staff were very friendly and professional. I worried needlessly. It was almost a pleasurable experience (considering the procedure).
