Dr. Bryan Keith Matanky

Felt confident with his surgery. Explained what and how it would entail. Spent time talking and giving the ups and downs of what was happening and the long process of healing.

A family member and several of my neighbors have had horrible, painful results from knee surgeries performed by Matanky!! Infections, incorrect sizes of replacement parts, poor customer service!! 'Stay away at all costs!!!

My wife tore her Achilles’ tendon, completely seperating it from her calf muscle. We are from Canada and needed to get the repair done in a timely manner so we could return home. Dr. Matanky and his staff worked hard to expedite the process. We found Dr Matanky to be friendly, caring and exuded confidence without being arrogant or egotistical. Dr. Mantanky’s staff were friendly, professional and communicated well. Before the surgery Dr. M spent time with my wife to make her comfortable. Following the surgery, he explained the repair answered my questions and laid out the details of her care and rehab. We have both had surgeries in the past. Dr. Matanky and his staff exceeded our expectations.

Dr. Matanky and the PA, Kristi are awesome. I feel so much better after my surgery. My best friend told me to go and I am so glad I did.

I should have followed my gut and not had my surgery by this guy. I never met him on any of my office appointments and he never stopped by the hospital. My reverse shoulder replacement had to be redone 6 months later. He did not install the correct size on either end and I needed to have the procedure redone. I had been in pain the whole time, thinking it was my fault that I was doing something wrong. my socket was falling out every time I moved. Thank goodness my local small town doctor noticed it.

Good Dr. However, I had to pay $25 dollars to have some paperwork for the insurance company filled out and faxed (and I was told it would be done days later).

Dr met me after repeatedly asking to see him in hospital, spent all of 2 min with me and follow up with his Dr in office, long office waits and Slow to do paperwork for job..

Dr. Matanky is an extremely caring doctor, and I felt very comfortable in his care.

Jul 2006 I've met Dr. Matanky through my insurance recommendation for the first time with my MRI result taken in AK. Just a few minutes of conversation and He sheduled the surgery in a couple weeks. The day come for my surgery, my husband on my side they put me to sleep and never see the doctor. AFter four weeks followed up for my surgery we met a new Dr. Physician not Matanky staff told us the he never see his patient he just do the surgery. Although we told him that we have concern because I was in a lot of painbut the new Dr. didn't know what kind of procedure Matanky performed. I went to physical theraphy for a couple years, exercise but my knee didn't get better. I truly regret for having Matanky performed my surgery I just wish I did some more research for some surgeon before we saw him. Now I learn the hardway. For those of you that having a knee problem I don't recommend Matanky as a surgeon. Until now since 2006 surgery my knee didn't get better at all it got worst. I… did yoga for 10 yrs now I can not do some posing anymore, cannot sit down or prolong standing, go for a long walk, shop all day and most especially I cannot RUN anymore. I love to work out but now it is limited because of Matanky, I wasn't very satisfied on his job that he performed on my knee. VEry poor poor job.
